Things To Do During The Retrograde:

1. DO Meditate to Calm Yourself

Meditation can work wonders for your emotions. Take some time to relax and let your mind just be. And if you feel like you don’t have time, you can do a shorter meditation and still reap the benefits.

2. DO Reflect on Your Past

Remember the things from your past but don’t let them control you. Your past does not define you- it is merely a part of you. You cannot change it but you can learn from it.

3. DO Finish Things That You Have Already Started

If there is something you have been wanting to finish, get to it. Now is the perfect time to finish existing projects. That being said, make sure to double check things before making them final.

4. DO Get Out Whatever You Need To

If you need to get something off of your chest do it. Use your voice and speak out. Be true to who you are.

Things Not To Do During The Retrograde:

1. Don’t Make New Decisions

Making new decisions is not going to be something you can benefit from. Wait until the retrograde is over to decide on things that matter. Sure small decisions can still be made but big ones need to be postponed.

2. Don’t Begin New Projects

Like I said above, finish existing projects but don’t start new ones. Remember not to take on more than you can handle. You can only handle so much this energy is more than enough to take up your time right now.

3. Don’t Make Big Changes

Don’t move or change careers during the retrograde. Give yourself some time to think things over. Change can be a good thing, however, it isn’t wise to make impulsive decisions during the retrograde.

4. Don’t Hold Back Too Much

Holding back can cause chaos within. If you need to say something, say it. Speak for yourself and be your most authentic self. No one can hide your voice from you.
If you remember these things you will make it through the retrograde just fine.
